Hwan Sung Ltd. is located in Ntinda Industrial
Area, Kampala. It stared production of
fish fillets
in 1991 and grew to become
one of the biggest Nile perch processors
in the East African region.
The company
has the capacity to store up to 390 tones
of frozen fillets and has two blast freezers
that can reach -45°C. As of today
the company employs 400 employees.
The
company enjoys a high reputation among its
clientele throughout the world: Europe,
United States, Australia, Korea, Japan,
South Asia and Middle East supplying them
with the best
quality products. The company
has a hygienic facility and its quality
control procedures have been
certified
by ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2003.
