The chilled fillets are packed in 6kg styroforam
boxes and the frozen fillets are individually
wrapped in polyethylene bags and packed in waxed carton boxes. (6kg carton
box : Size 1 and 2, 10kg box : Size 3 &
4)

Transportation
The Chilled Fillets are transported to the airport in our refrigerated trucks
for exportation. The Frozen Fillets are
loaded in reefer - containers and sent to
Mombasa port in Kenya for sea transportation.
Consumption
The Nile Perch fillet is one of the best for fried fish. It is also cooked
as steamed fish or hot soup in the
Far East.
