Hwan Sung has a processing capacity of 50tons per day
Chilled Fillet : The fillets, after deep skinning
and trimming, are exported by airfreight
at a temperature of about 0 degrees centigrade.
Frozen Fillet : Fillets are quick frozen
and
kept at lower than  centigrade. For
sea transportation, reefer -containers are used.

Skin-on Fillet : Descaled fillet
with
skin.

Whole Round Fish : Normal
fish shape with skin, gutted
but scales, fins and belly may
be partially or wholly removed.
